At times we may suggest you undertake home blood pressure monitoring using a validated system and a home blood pressure machine such as those recommended by the British Hypertension Society. When we require such information we will advise you as to how to do this and how to report it us either via a link sent to you or for those people who would prefer a paper copy can be supplied.
